has gained extensive experience in the construction industry
having worked with the largest and most respected Owner’s,
General Contractor’s, Design and Engineering Firms, and
Construction Management Firms. Neely’s project experience
has included projects such as the Dulles International
Airport, The Smithsonian Portrait Gallery, The Pentagon
Renovation Program, the District of Columbia Courts Capitol
Improvements Program, and several healthcare facilities.
 While working on these programs, Neely has had the honor to
serve Clients’ such as Washington Headquarter Services, The
Department of Defense, The Air Force, The Joint Chiefs of
Staff, The Defense Intelligence Agency, The District of
Columbia Courts, The Surgeon General , and The Secretary of
Defense to name a few. Through this diverse experience with
high profile projects and Clients Neely has developed a
unique and well rounded professional ability to anticipate
and avoid the unnecessary setbacks throughout the life of a
